You know, the craziest thing about getting out of high school and into the real world is the idea that those few years seemed to go on and on like a mini lifetime... and now they seem so distant. Almost 5 years out of Agoura High... is anybody elses' mind reeling?
I talked to one Mr. Ryan Marteney the other night for the first time in a long time. I was a bit nervous, (as I would be with anybody that I don't talk to often) because I know I've been flakey and distant. (But please, that's no reflection on anybody, just my dumb ass taking jobs with wicked hours).
The conversation was wonderful. When I got off the phone I just wanted to dive head-first into Cali life again and do nothing but give bear-hugs for the first several hours...
I love you guys. So very much... honest.
