I love Dave Mathews Band. So much. I just can't get enough of them... awesome I say. Awesome. Looking at that picture before this entry makes me realize that the piece on my neck is kinda big. And that I still have it. Sometimes I forget... So I bought a car yesterday - a blue honda civic. Cute, sporty, and unfortunately a stick shift... but ah well. Gets better gas mileage that way. And it gives me a good excuse to get one of those nifty headset things for your cell phone while you're driving. Yeah. Cause those just look cool and fun. Yay, don't have to drive Gladis the big gray van anymore! So today was a long day, and sadly enough, it will get longer, what with all the millions of Mother's Day reservations and special items and blah blah blah. It will be a long a terrible weekend, boy howdy. On a plus note - it looks like my whole goddamn family is moving to the island. My aunts brother, Tom, just found a farmouse that he's in love with, the same with my grandfather. Very cool if they all moved here - but I can't help but wonder if I'm going to freakin' see them all the time? Or just as often as I do now... Hmmm. I kinda liked being far away from family. I don't know why. Maybe it's because I think I'd rather be out with friends than them. You know, you can pick your friends, but you can't pick your family. Does that sentence mean that I wouldn't pick these people as my family given the opportunity? Well, maybe not on my Mom's side anyway... Well, that's all I wanted to say. I'm so tired. I can only talk in broken, worthless sentences.... Yeah. Thanks for dealing. Um, peace.
