Sweeeeeeet. I bought a spiffy new cell phone yesterday... one of those flip-open bright silver ones, with a cute ring and it's so tiny! My old one was reeeaaally getting to look not only jaded, but the antenna kept popping out randomly. Blegh. Besides, when you flip open a phone, you can't help but look uber-cool. I also bought a very sexy bikini. I have never felt confident in a bathing suit before... ever. I usually just buy one that looks LESS hideous than the rest that I may try on, and then try to hide myself when I actually wear the fucking thing outdoors. This one - I bought at Nordstroms, giving up on the dumb, expensive mall stores that seemed to only carry hawaiian-print nastiness. Mine is just a black bikini -- very sexy top, and very sexy bottom that fits perfectly. I'm so excited to wear it everywhere! I also finally gave in and bought a CD player for my car... I decided that driving to Lake Chelan for 4 hours with just the radio and being at the mercy of whatever honky station we find in the middle of the state.. just would drive me insane. Oh by the way - I'm going to Lake Chelan today.. the deepest lake in America and a gorgeous one at that. My aunt and uncle are already there; I have to come up late and leave early because of work. :p But, me and Casey are driving up together, we're bringing the right paddles for my aunt's two-person kayak. Just staying for a couple days.. but it'll still be fun. Damn job told me I couldn't have thursday off as well as tues and weds... so I have to drive home thursday morning and be at work by 2. Ugh... I must be running. I need to grab a shower, and pack my car and clean up the house, etc. Talk to you in a few days...
